Two Events.  Two Audiences.
One Mission.

Hurricon, Inc. gives sponsors the opportunity to support two distinct event experiences under one mission-driven nonprofit umbrella.

A high-energy pop-culture event built around fandom, gaming, cosplay, special guests, vendors, and shared experiences. The previous Hurricon sponsor materials described it as a two-day convention centered on comics, anime, gaming, and sci-fi/fantasy, with panels, live entertainment, esports, vendors, food, and guests.

Hurricon WV
Hurricane Renaissance Faire

An immersive themed event featuring artisan vendors, live entertainment, fantasy, and family-friendly adventure. It offers sponsors a different type of visibility through a highly visual, memorable, and community-focused atmosphere.

When you sponsor Hurricon, Inc., you are doing more than backing an event weekend. You are helping create experiences that bring people together, strengthen community relationships, and support work that has real impact for West Virginians through the American Cancer Society. That is the kind of partnership people notice, remember, and respect. ACS’s West Virginia page makes clear that local programs, services, and events are part of that work.
